「歩き方や靴選びが大切」
■靴はファッションの一部。しかし、道具としてとらえた場合
使用目的を考える人は少なく、そのため足の病気が増えて
います。最近は「すり足」で歩く人が多く、姿勢の悪化や外反
母趾など障害の原因になっています。
■ウォ−キング愛好者が増える一方で、ストレッチ不足や間
違った靴選びで故障する人も少なくありません。歩く人の靴
の裏が前から見えるのが正しい歩き方。ジョギングシュ−ズ
はクッションが軟らか過ぎるため、腰に負担がかかる場合が
あります。
■私は靴・履き物を通じて「人が立つこと、歩くこと」を一生の
テ−マに考え続けます。

A pair of shoes is a part of your style.
But when you consider them as tools for walking, just a few think how to use them. It allows to increase some diseases of your feet.
Now a days, many people walk by so-called " SURI-ASHI", dragging their feet, and it will cause them to be a wrong posture and even to become HALLUX VALGUS.
A lot more people enjoy walking than before but some of them break down their feet and legs because of the wrong choice of the shoes and the lack of exercise such as stretching your muscles.
Showing your soles from your front is the correct way to walk.
It sometimes makes your waist stress when you wear JOGGING SHOES because they are too soft cushioned.
I continue to think about "standing and walking" through thinking of shoes--it's the theme of my life.
